| Job Description: |
- Overseeing the Company’s adoption of appropriate policies and compliance with billing regulations.
- Overseeing the guidelines from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and HIPAA rules are implemented.
- Routinely conducting Compliance audits.
- Investigating, and resolving issues about the company’s privacy/security policies and procedures.
- Adherence to current healthcare industry regulations and policies; compliance with insurance procedures, allotted benefit coverage and overseeing of claims and their analysis.
- Maintaining current knowledge of applicable American Federal and State privacy and security laws and regulations.
- Developing privacy and security policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with Director/Manager Compliance, management, relevant departments, and committees to create and maintain required documents.
- Routinely conducting Compliance audits.
- Investigating, and resolving issues about the company’s privacy/security policies and procedures.
Education & Skills Required:
- Masters degree in Business Administration/IT/PM.
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 Standards.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Preference will be given to candidates with O/A levels.
