The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or Masters in Computer Science
• Have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the management of Database for Core Entities including regular audits to ensure that database is as per design requirements.
• Manage Statistics and KPIs of the Core Network.
• Share reports with management as per agreed frequency
• Perform Core Features testing and rollout
• Manage troubleshoot and Rectify Core Network Related issues.
• Perform Engineering parameters and timers audits.
• Ensure availability and retention of KPIs for long trend analysis.
• Correspond with vendor and other internal departments for issues/queries related to the core network.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in Packet Switch Core Network or Huawei R-4/ATCA MSCs.
• Experience of IN/VAS/STP and SQL (databases) will also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound coordination and follow up skills.
• Good ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with VOIP, GPRS, and Computer Programming skills
• Familiar with GSM call flows and trace analysis
• Good knowledge of core KPI Theory, and signaling procedure
• Familiar with definition and formula of major KPI Counters
• Strong ability to monitor KPI status and trouble shooting for any degradation
