Job Description: |
Job Objective:
- Account management while concentrating on target achievement of sales, revenue, churn prevention and timely collection.
- Ensuring effective cross departmental coordination for timely resolution.
- Ensure preparation of daily reports and visits.
Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve monthly assigned targets.
- Render personalized services for retention and timely collection.
- To maintain a healthy pipeline for future prospecting.
- Remain proactive / vigilant with competitors offered products VAS information and share with respective line.
- Timely signing of business contract as per approval note and maintain documentation.
- Extend complete required services (Churn management, receivable, portfolio management etc.) to the new account till the time of handover to relevant CRM.
- Daily visits to new/existing accounts to maintain healthy relationships with customers for churn prevention and new acquisition.
