Job Description:

Essential Functions

Create new web applications and enhance current product releases

Identify scaling bottlenecks and propose solutions

Improve the testability of our applications

Research, test, benchmark and evaluate new technology

Experience

2+ years of experience with at least 1 year hands-on experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails Development

Experience with Front End Development

Experience with JavaScript and AJAX heavy web application development

Knowledge of front-end frameworks (angularJS, emberJS, knockoutJS, etc), preferred

Experience with advanced CSS and responsive designs, a plus

Comfortable developing for our software stack, which consists of Ruby/Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, Resque, Git, Rspec, Passenger Nginx, Javascript, and bootstrap

Experience with start-up companies or a start-up environment, a plus

Education
A minimum of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from FAST/LUMS/NUST/Equivalent Foreign Institution with high graduating CGPA

Skill Set

Committed desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to think through and design end-to-end solutions at the application and infrastructure levels
