Skills and Knowledge required

Strong knowledge of software Development standards and techniques.

Programming client/server and web based applications.

Experience in as many PHP based CMS like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento etc.

Expert in HTM*HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, smarty, Web 2.0, Payment gateway integration.

Should be able to show a portfolio of websites in MVC framework (Code Igniter, Cake PHP).

Strong knowledge of 3rd party APIs like Google+, Google Maps, Facebook, Twitter etc.

Should have strong knowledge of OOP.

Should have good understanding of Database management system.

Strong Analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong independent and customer focused.

Experience with international companies would be an asset.

Strong commitments to timelines without compromising quality.

Should have strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks

Ability to work independently based on provided instructions.

Analyzing requirements.

Manage full application Development life cycle.

Assist in determining time and cost estimates for projects.

Design, Code, Develop and unit test new applications and enhancements in existing applications based on project needs.

Plan, Coordinate and execute project activities to insure timely completion.

Follow and maintain design and coding standards.

Debugging and fixing any issue in the application.

Ensure project deliverables to meet business requirements.

Assign tasks to the team and preform code review of the team members.

Education/Experience Requirements

Minimum Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Sciences.

Atleast 3-4 years of working experience exclusively in PHP.
