A growing Technology Company based at Denmark is URGENTLY requiring a Web Graphics Designer for its Lahore Based Office. The position shall have the added benefit of working with a dynamic and highly experienced team in the flexible environment of an emerging startup.

Candidate will be working responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and implement new technologies and mentor junior team members. International onsite postings may be required to different counties.

Responsibilities:

Interpreting the business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose

Estimating the time required to complete work and providing quotes for clients

Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research

Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers

Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work

Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash

Skills Requirements:

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to independently make progress and deliver new content
• be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
• keep up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment
• Have good idea of Software Design Patterns
• Preferable experience with European/US based companies

Qualification:

BS/MS Degree in computer science from renowned university
