Job Description:

We are looking for the services of Receptionist who is well spoken and presentable as she's going to be the face of the company.

  • Working hours:  8 hours shift
  • Location: Gulberg
  • Timings: 9:00 AM -5:00PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of office procedures and office equipment.
  • Presentable & pleasant personality
  • Active person
  • Welcome clients & guide them regarding their queries
  • Make recommendations for activities as per client queries
  • Receive queries on calls & book time slots for the clients
  • Coordinate with consultants to reserve their time for client sessions
  • Accept deliveries & mail & organize them for distribution to relevant recipients
  • Maintain calendar for all client reservations
  • IT Skills
