Dynamics Functional Consultant will be responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365 or earlier Dynamics versions such as AX2012.
· Business and process analysis. Quality Assurance & Documentation
· Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
· Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication
· Overseeing the end-to-end implementation cycle
· Project analyst, requirement gathering and design
· Conducting client workshop's and developing functional design documentations
· Functional configuration and user acceptance testing of newly designed features and development
Qualification:
· Bachelors in Accounting and Finance Majors/ SCM Majors
· 1 -5 years implementation experience of MS Dynamics Implementation projects for Finance/SCM/Manufacturing/Retail functional areas
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Good understanding of business processes, best practices and implementation methodology
· Dynamics is preferred but resources with experience of implementation of other ERP’s will be considered as well like SAP B1, Oracle EBS etc
