Your role

We need a passionate software engineer who can deliver a software ecosystem with a mobile-first user experience in corporate environments. If programming anything / anywhere / anytime sounds real fun, you are encouraged to apply.

You will independently design, build, and maintain a process automation product with built-in business intelligence. You should have a provable track record of delivering enterprise-level applications. Therefore, you must have in-depth understanding of platform best practices for seamless user interface and data security.

You are expected to embrace a close collaboration with cross-platform (iOS, Web) colleagues to provide a cohesive experience. You must have demonstrable experience of building the smoothest user experience preferably for non-technical and untrained end-users.

Technical Requirements

1.      2+ years of development/architecture experience of Native Android development in Java / Kotlin. We highly prefer if you can write 100% code base in Kotlin.

2.      1+ year of working experience okon React Native,  Flutter or similar framework are a big plus.

3.      Strong knowledge of highly dynamic UI, Android SDK, and dealing with different hardware platforms.

4.      Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning, code versioning tools (such as GitHub) and cloud back-end (Firebase or equivalent)

5.      Experience in building applications and back-end services for environments where Internet availability is unpredictable and may be denied for days.

6.      Experience in designing and supporting databases relational and understanding of writing queries for optimum data access, especially in cloud native environment

7.      Experience of interfacing with Desktop / Web applications written in hybrid technologies including JavaScript, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, REST, and MVC.  You are expected to create a comprehensive end-to-end user experience.

8.      Ability to create high level technical design, defend it to technical auditors, and provide direction regarding overall project plan

Preferred Skills/ Education

1.      University degree in Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent product development experience

2.      2+ years of relevant industry/freelancing experience. This requirement may be relaxed for extraordinary talent with strong educational background and programming skills.

3.      Ability to analyze the bigger picture, identifying and prioritizing with the aim to consider more than one domain within the analysis. You must look for opportunities to simplify the product and technical design

4.      Able to communicate with all parties involved in the product team, including peers, third party vendors and customers

Salary & Location

The probation period is 3-months. You are eligible for monthly compensation in range of 60K-100K depending on your skills and track record.

If you are not located in Rawalpindi / Islamabad, remote work is acceptable, however, the occasional visits to our sites may be required.

No TA/DA  is admissible within Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
