| Job Description: |
- Conducts inline and final inspection at factories according to AQL standard and provides written reports as per required format;
- Involves in pre-production meeting;
- Reports production status and any quality situation/issues found during inspection to supervisors and manager;
- Works with QC Manager and Supervisors closely to ensure the job objectives;
- Knowledgeable on fabrics and accessories, pattern, workmanship, construction, artwork and production timing;
- Works with factories to provide feasible solution for quality problem findings and corrective action implementation follow up;
- Conducts factory evaluation, COC verification and followed by evaluation reports;
- Teach and train new supplier low cost/low quality to keep and get our standard quality.
