| Job Description: |
- To participate in RAM, Trial Run activities and PP meetings for clear understanding of quality requirements and communication to the operation/quality team.
- To make sure the implementation of QC systems/procedures at Trial Run, Inline, End-Line and Final Inspection stages.
- To manage QC TLs/TMs and working for all sections of allocated floor for timely completion of inspection work with Right first time approach and quality output.
- To conduct quality analysis of allocated floor for all sections and conduct quality meetings with all concerned departments for quality improvement/CAPA/PDCA.
- To make sure the availability of Quality standards, Documents, Reference samples and to fulfill QMS’s floor based requirements.
- To participate in CQA/External's Inline/Du-pro Audits and take appropriate corrective/preventive measures accordingly.
- To make sure CQA audit of final inspected quantity on daily/timely basis by keeping in view the order closing/external audit timeline.
