The Administrator reports to and works under the supervision of the Head of IT in Pakistan and Global Head of IT and Cyber Security in HQ.

Adam Smith International Pakistan is currently recruiting for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrators for FinOps, Talent & CRM modules to join our ERP team, the objective of this role is to maintain and support business in managing above modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have following skills with 3-5 years of experience:
- Responsible for execution of tasks related to the support, maintenance and documentation of information systems running Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM and Retail software using Microsoft Lifecycle Services, Microsoft Azure Portal, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure DevOps and other related cloud and on-premises technologies
- Perform system enhancements, platform upgrades, new solution or plugin implementations, development supporting integrations with other systems, and ongoing maintenance.
- Work as part of cross-functional business & technical teams to resolve complex problems
- Analyze business requirements and recommend implementation approach
- Design integration interfaces between Microsoft Dynamics and various source systems of financial transactions
- Capable of working independently, as well as with team members on different teams and in different locations.
- Execute deployments in production and non-production environments and be willing to support deployments outside of normal working hours
Skills and Qualifications Required
Experience: 3 to 5 years working experience.
Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science and any other related discipline /or equivalent experience. Dynamics 365 Certification in relevant modules preferred.
Required Skills:
- Good written and verbal use of the English language (this will be tested during the selection process).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a strong, trusting and productive working relationship with both clients and colleagues.
