Job Description: |
- Looking after all secretarial and office coordinator task monthly plan, procure and control kitchen related items
- Execute the procurement of (fuel, branding material, catalog, visiting cards etc. when required
- Maintain record of procured item list with entries in ledger (also in register) complete and Maintain all office work logs i.e. generator, car maintenance etc
- Actively support Managing Directors for their day to day activities
- Design meeting agenda + coordinate with all staff members
- Prepare meeting forum, plan and conduct meeting according to schedule share by director
- Share minutes with all participants make proposals, cost projections and booking accordingly for each official event
- Search vendors for each particular task, Conduct meeting with vendors, Check samples + designs
- Take quotes, share and take approval from management
- Maintain vendor record list draft website content, post and make changes accordingly
- Design simple post, Lively updates on twitter, LinkedIn etc.
- Dispatch local docs and samples and receive simultaneously
