| Job Description: |
- make daily rejection entries in the system and report to the supervisor
- Check drawing and temper of incoming lot.
- Check the PTC filling, rework and rejection tag in Q.C inspections.
- Make rejection and rework (outside) entries from reception supervisor
- Make new drawing of new product as instructed by supervisor
- Verify the non-conformance (rework, rejection) of running lots during 1st inspection
- Verify the nonconformance (rework, rejection) of running lots during final inspection
- Verify the non-conformance (rework, rejection) of running lots during checking / packing inspection
- receive rework and rejection from hub supervisors sign with rework and rejection tag, keep record of rework in a register and get sign from respective hub supervisor on it
- plan verification of rework above 50 pieces fro QA department and rejection from hub QC inspectors
- check the running lots of correct segregation of rework and rejection in trays
- submit daily report of hubs inspection rework and rejection to QA department
