Complete the assigned training.

Perform inspection independently,  thoroughly inspect the shipment as per the inspection procedure and SPEC,  make right disposition based on the findings, clearly describe the defects when reporting to the division QA in US, provide more information to  if they have questions. Deliver the inspection result to the vendor and explain if they have any doubts.

Submit inspection report on time, make sure the report is accurate, communicate with DHR (device history record) reviewer beforehand if any delay , share the inspection report with vendor,

Submit the monthly calendar, expense report on time and make sure they are accurate.

Help to train new hire if needed, share the knowledge and experience with them.

Follow the inspection schedule for inspection, seek chances of  improvement for inspection efficiency and reduce the cost. Take additional assignments if needed.
