| Job Description: |
- Person should have an experience related to Site/Field Area,or ready to move for site location area
- Ability to handle all administrative related tasks on site
- Assets management
- Fleet management
- Mess & grocery management
- Office supplies management
- Security management
- Petty cash handling
- Accommodation on site management
- Looking after janitorial staff duties
- Maintenance of employees attendance for payroll process.
- Coordination with Concern Departments Actively
- Reporting rate should be high
- Proficient in Collection of Documents and maintaining them accurately and safely
- Resource will be also responsible for record management of all expenses vouchers etc as well for audit purpose.
- Must have strong command in Microsoft Office.
- Must be well Known with Event Coordinations
