We are looking for a reliable Assistant Manager of QA/QC to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues, and ensuring compliance with the Japanese Quality systems. An excellent Assistant QA/ QC has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle. The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming for the long-term success of our business.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering/ B.E or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education.
Experience: Greater than 3 years of work experience in OEM companies, or auto parts manufacturers. Must have practical knowledge and training in Japanese quality systems. Leadership experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment will be preferred.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of quality.
· Must be able to make presentations and perform training sessions of subordinates.
· Must be able to make drawings in auto CAD, ProE or related soft wares.
· Maintain production quality and ensure 0% defect in supplies to customers.
· Ensure part quality and dimensions by keeping mold maintenance/repair records.
· Thorough follow-ups for mold rectification work, mold development, part development, and providing mold and part 3D and 2D design to mold makers.
· Maintain Calibration certification.
· Responsible for all department personnel.
· Support and development of documentation to support customer & internal requirements.
· Analyze processes for continuous improvements and FMEA
· Negotiate appropriate quality levels with customers.
· Analyze processes for stability and capability.
· Maintain both supplier and customer quality standards.
· Report and present quality information including quality improvement plans.
· Countermeasure activities for quality issues.
· Interpret company policies to team members and enforce safety regulations.
· Responsible for overall quality team performance.
· Perform quality audits.
· Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, production, management and all team members.
· Analyze in-process defects to investigate the root cause and develop countermeasures.
· Calibrate Jig/Fixture and measuring instruments
· Control Design and Maintain Drawing issuance and receiving data.
Technical Skills:

· General understanding and working knowledge of inspection standards and check fixtures.
