We require Head of a production unit to work at our production house in Lahore.  Tehxeeb London is a well know established brand in women fashion in united kingdom and has its production house in Lahore. The Production manager will ensure that manufacturing process run reliably and efficiently.

Responsibilities of the job include:

• • Planning and organising production schedules
  • Maintain work flow on a daily basis by setting up process variables and observing control points
  • Complete production plans, establish ing priorities and reporting the results of process flow to upper management
  • Assessing project and resource requirements
  • Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met and will maintain a clean and safe enviroments for all workers.
  • Determining quality control standards
  • Overseeing production processes
  • Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
  • Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
  • Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Liaising with London head office and delivering the agreed targets of production.
  • Training and supervising the work of other  staff
  • Manager must also be able to handle responsibility and pressure of meeting dead lines and targets.
  • Management of staff leave and finding appropriate replacements.
  • Cost tracking and spread sheet maintaince of daily production.
  • Enforces company policies and guide lines
  • Implement cost saving stretegies and techniques
  • Negotiate contracts of production with outside contract workers
