We need a biomedical engineer or a medical professional who is familiar with biomedical instruments and machines used in hospitals and burn centers, such as ventilators, x-ray machines, hemodialysis machines, ultrasound machines, cardiac monitors, ECG and EEG machines, incubators, autoclaves, incinerators, ovens, etc.
Requirements:
MINIMUM of 05 years of experience.Fluency in English.Experience in maintenance of equipment.
Salary & Bonus Package:
1. Salary will be Rs. 65k per month.
2. Two weeks paid leave per year (which will increase every year)
3. One month's salary as a bonus each year.
4. Yearly salary increase of approximately 10%.
5. Commission on sales (details to be discussed).
6. All travel expenses including tickets, hotels, boarding, etc. will be covered by our firm (at actual).
Responsibilities:
Be the lead coordinator for new medical devices business. Help in building a sales and after-sales support team of new medical devices and peripherals business nationally, with initial start in Rawalpindi Islamabad Lahore and then rest of Punjab in the first phase.
Lead the sales and marketing function by regularly visiting hospitals other customers. Building a strong sales channel to supply medical equipment and peripherals.
Meet set sales targets per year.
Take all necessary actions supported by regulatory consultants to get any medical devices registered in relevant authorities and for supply with relevant departments.
Business planning and preparing business proposals identifying commercial potential or proposed machinery to be imported.
Carry out any market liaison including without limiting with hospitals, customers, other suppliers, technicians and manufacturers to ensure the feasibility of a product in terms of design and economic viability.
Keeping up to date with new developments in the field, nationally and internationally.
Writing any reports and documentation as instructed from time to time.
Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
Gain training from principals and suppliers and train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.
Testing and maintaining clinical equipment. Building a system of after-sales services in line with budgets and strategic directions given.
